         Housing Inspection Services, Inc., was founded in 1983 by John Vaccarello who has served as president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of PRO A.S.H.I., and was active in the establishment of the chapter. After serving clients for 40 plus years, his legacy of Housing Inspection Services, Inc. will continue setting high standards and quality in the housing inspection industry.

         Our inspector, Brian Brucker was hand-picked by John to continue servicing clients throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. Brians background is like no other in the industry! He is a master carpenter of quality who is a Licensed Pennsylvania Contractor ( Brucker Remodeling & Home Inspections PA#030665) since 1998. Brian has been actively hands-on in the home building industry since 1992. His years of building knowledge, teaching and training as a professional in all trades (along with inspecting homes and commercial real estate since 2013) will continue separating Housing Inspection Services from all the rest in the industry.
