Brian has been actively hands-on in the home building industry since 1992. His years of building knowledge, teaching and training as a professional in all trades (along with inspecting homes and commercial real estate since 2013) will continue separating Housing Inspection Services from all the rest in the industry.

Included in our reports are detailed photographs of components and conditions that may require attention as we climb on roofs, into attics and crawl spaces and remove furnace panels and electric panel covers. Our reports are typically done on site and emailed to the client the following business day.
